The M5 A-Code connector is a miniature threaded circular industrial connector complying with IEC 61076-2-105 international standard.
A-Code refers to the connector’s keying profile, a physical anti-mismatch design to stop incorrect mating with connectors of different coding types. It is dedicated for low-voltage weak signal transmission instead of high-power current supply.
The M5 A-Code series mainly offers 3Pin and 4Pinconfigurations, with both male and female connectors available. For panel mount receptacles, two locking styles are optional: Front Lock and Rear Lock, adopting PCB solder tail termination for direct soldering onto printed circuit boards.
When fully mated and tightened, it reaches IP67 ingress protection. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing, gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts and PA66 insulator, it delivers stable signal transmission with low contact resistance. It meets RoHS, REACH and POPs compliance requirements for global export.
Typical applications include miniature proximity sensors, pressure sensors, temperature & humidity sensors, encoders, compact automation devices and precision measuring instruments.
